Company service isn't one of thier strong points, I have the miss pleasure of dealing with this company twice. The first time the driver cussed at me because he had to wait for my wife while she was having a heart test. Then today my wife again at the Heart Center had the office call for her to be picked up, After waiting over an hour, i called the company to ask for an ETA the person in the office told me she had just gotten the call 5 mins before I called. Don't lie!!! Not cool on reviews. Will be contacting the insurance company on this one!!!
